    Issues with the audio. Driving was unaware every time it went out and I had to get up and go downstairs and tell him. He had to re-set it several times.

    Our first driver of the morning was great. He watched for safety concerns and gave advice and spoke to passengers. The second one who I believe was Russian although I’m not sure on his phone the entire time we were on the bus. We actually got off, had lunch and got back on, the same bus and he was still on his phone. Passengers who needed assistance were interrupting him on his call.
