Make your way to Berlin TV tower located at Panoramastraße 1A, 10178 Berlin.
Note: Please go directly to security control on the first floor of the TV Tower with your ticket (e-ticket or printed ticket). The steps leading up to the entrance are located on the tower's northern side, directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station.
You will be allocated seating by a hostess who will meet you at the steps to the restaurant.

Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

Select your preferred date and time. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive the original tickets by email. Please present these tickets at the TV Tower entrance on the upper level of the entrance foyer (operator vouchers won’t grant access).

Switching between the observation deck and the restaurant is not possible.

Please hand in your coat at the wardrobe in the entrance area - this service is free of charge.

For safety reasons in case of an evacuation; wheelchairs, pushchairs and persons with limited mobility can’t access the TV Tower.

There are airport style security checks for all visitors in order to gain access to the TV Tower panoramic floors.

Food and drink of any kind as well as large items of luggage including backpacks are not permitted.

This ticket only includes the restaurant table reservation. This tour includes no food or drinks. Any food or drink ordered at the restaurant is at your own expense.

The entry ticket is to be retained throughout the entire time of the visit and must be presented to staff on request as well as to exit the tower.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the entire building.
